SERVICES
The
Educational Consultation Services program helps parents,
professionals and schools work together to access quality
education for students of all ages and abilities. Our team
of consultants is comprised of licensed social workers, special
educators, paralegals and attorneys. They are experts in
federal and state special education law, regulations, policy
and practice and use this knowledge as an objective tool
to facilitate the educational process.
We
provide an initial consultation to help determine your needs
and to outline how we can help. We are able to provide parents
with tools to aid them at key meetings, including Team meetings
and mediations or can attend such meetings with parents and
students.
We
also conduct observations, consult and train public and private
school staff and collateral professionals from private and
state agencies to help broaden knowledge and build capacity
to effectively reach and teach all students.
COST
Our
services are available for an hourly rate of $65. We require
a retainer of 10 hours or $650 when the decision is made to
contract for our services. We are able to accept Visa and MasterCard
credit card payments. |
